The FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 runs June 24 – July 25 in Brazil. Rio's Estádio do Maracanã (73,139 capacity) hosts the opening match, the final, and 6 group-stage matches in total — our trip (July 1–7) falls inside that group-stage window. FIFA confirms which teams play which dates after the group draw on December 11, 2026; once that's released we'll lock in your match, included in your package at no extra cost.
Yes — training sessions are designed to accommodate all skill levels. Our coaches adapt instruction based on the group, making this valuable for recreational players and competitive athletes alike.
Absolutely. This is a family trip at heart. Non-playing family members are welcome to join all cultural excursions and group meals. While players train, families can explore Rio with our bilingual guides.
The trip is set for July 1–7, 2027 — 7 days / 6 nights in Rio de Janeiro. We chose this window on purpose: it falls inside the FIFA Women's World Cup group-stage schedule at Maracanã, it avoids the busiest and most expensive travel days around the tournament's June 24 opening, and it sits clear of the major U.S. youth soccer tournament windows that most often conflict with competitive players' schedules.
We built the July 1–7 window specifically to steer clear of the events most likely to pull competitive players away: USYS Southern Regional Championships and ECNL Boys Playoffs (both ~June 27–July 2), and the USYS, ECNL, and Girls Academy National Championships (all mid-July). There's a small overlap with the tail end of Regionals on July 1–2 if your team advances that far, and if your player's team qualifies for Girls Academy Nationals or ECNL Girls Playoffs (early-to-mid July), plan for a quick turnaround after landing back home. For players 8–12, none of this typically applies — bracket play for these events starts at 13U.
International airfare is not included in the package price. We'll provide flight recommendations and coordinate group bookings to help everyone travel together from the same departure city. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
